Pomomorbidi are semi-dried tomatoes. They differ from Dried Tomatoes in that they are processed differently. The first one, in fact, are semi-dried from the fresh, long tomato, expertly spiced and flavored, and then placed in jars for storage. The seocnd one, on the other hand, are processed only once dried, through a rehydration process.
