Flowerella is our vegetable, cashew-based liquid “mozzarella” that is lactose-free and totally free of animal ingredients. It has a texture reminiscent of that of traditional mozzarella, but with all the benefits of a plant-based choice.
We recommend consuming it cooked on pizza. Each squezer yields 5 pizzas.
