100% Italian product. Harvested in Veneto. The radicchio is selected and processed by hand. After eliminating the non-compliant leaves, the radicchio is cut into the bottom, which is trimmed until only the most tender part remains. Hand grilling does not burn the leaves, but respects their color and organoleptic qualities.
Ideal for filling calzones, rustici and gourmet pizzas and side dishes.
For a 33 cm pizza, ideally use 90/100 g of radicchio.
